Coconut soup with red lentil, carrot and courgette

Recipe ingredients
2 tins of chopped tomatoes
1 large onion
2 carrots
1 courgette
1 tin of coconut milk
2-4 cm of grated ginger
6 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon of curry
1 teaspoon of turmeric
1/2 glass of red lentil
0,5 l of water
Fresh corriander
How to make it
Use coconut oil to fry ginger, onion and garlic. Add the rest of the chopped vegetables, lenil, tomatoes, coconut milk and water. Cook for about 30 minutes. Season awith salt and pepper. Serve with chopped corriander. Enjoy!

Avokado
half of red pepper
tomato
2-3 garlic cloves
rozmary
1 spoon of basil pesto
salt and pepper
extra virgin olive oil
sunflower or pumkin seeds
sprouts
How to make it
We blend all the ingredients leaving seeds and sprouts for decoration! Eat it cold straight after preparation. Enjoy!
Warming cream soup with pepper and lentil

Recipe ingredients
300 g red lentil
3 red peppers
2 tomatoes
2 garlic clove
½ glass of extra virgin olive oil
A small piece of fresh ginger
turmeric
red pepper powder
hot pepper powder
half spoon of cumin
half spoon of black caraway
salt and pepper to taste
handful of pumpkin seeds
water (amount depends on consistency you wish to have)
How to make it
Cook lentil. Add sliced vegetables and grated ginger and cook for about 15 minutes. When soup cools down blend it. Add olive oil and to serve decorate it with a das of olive oil and sprinkle with sunflower seeds.
