About me

I am a person who can hardly write about myself that he knows a lot. Each subsequent course assures me that the more I learn, the more opportunities and directions I discover. Our Western medicine has divided man into 77 specializations … From the beginning, I assumed the unity of body, mind and soul – it is impossible to separate this, especially when working with autoaggressive and psychosomatic diseases. In addition to therapy in the office, I recommend breathing exercises and changing eating habits, because it is difficult to get permanent improvement without it. Motherhood has also taught me how to distance myself from certain things and I stopped watching perfectionism and rigor in some aspects of the therapy – I try to leave the patient space. Alternative therapies I call complementary methods and often use in my work. I am not satisfied with relieving symptoms and improving research results – I would like every patient who gets to me to feel and become healthier. Some of the methods used require consistency and time, but the disease we work on has developed and perpetuated for years, and it is impossible to defeat it in a month. I try to calm down the most annoying symptoms as soon as possible, simultaneously informing that only consistency and constant work will help us solve some problems permanently. I always leave space for the patient to decide on the next steps of treatment. First of all, the patient has to want to help himself – it takes time to get to it sometimes. My work – it’s just an add-on
